  • “Services” means any cleaning, maintenance, landscaping or joinery work we supply.

1.2. Quotation & Acceptance

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Acceptance occurs when you confirm in writing (email or signed agreement) your booking of Services.

1.3. Payment

Invoices are due on receipt or as otherwise agreed in writing. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.

1.4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee of the agreed price.

1.5. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the total amount paid by you for the Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

1.6. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs and documentation we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
